I was looking through some old emails and I ordered my new htc 10 on Dec 19th last year, so whatever update Sprint had just pushed out broke it. For now, you only have the option of purchasing the phone from their websites, but they will all start shipping orders immediately. If you want to play with the phone before buying it, you’ll have to wait for the official retail launch date of April 10th. I was running official Sprint software, no root or anything. The HTC One M9 is now available from HTC, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile.
